Lonnie Scruggs has quite a bit of good information
on this particular type of real estate investing. This
kind of real estate investing does carry significant
risk, so you should be very careful with this course.
One problem is that the people you will sell to are
those with bad credit. You can easily end up with
a $5,000.00 mobile home that you have received
a few payments totally say, $1,500.00. the buyer
has disappeared after doing $3,000.00 worth of
damage to the mobile home.
Money can be made with this system, but money
can just as easily be lost.
