Elite Activity

A representative from elite activity called me a few months ago and tried to recruit me into his program. The way he described the company, Elite Activity, it sounded much like a gifting program.

As you may know from my review on gifting programs, I don't like them. I've seen so many of my students get ripped-off and scammed by gifting programs that I know they are a bad thing.

Plus I called the FTC to ask if gifting programs are even legal, and they told me they were not. The FTC told me about some very frightening legal battles they've had with the peopel who run gifting programs. And trust, me, the gifting people lost.

Worst of all, if you're in a gifting program you can be sued by all the people who sign up under you. I know for fact that many people in gifting programs have been sued and lost. I would not recommend elite activity or any other such get-rich-quick-scheme. Elite Activity is probably being watched by the FTC right now as we speak.
